Recording a workout should leave you with something useful to return to. Pump Logic connects your session history with progress views, training patterns and achievements, helping you see the work you have done over time.
Keep a record you can return to
Log your training while the details are still fresh. A workout record gives you a reference for your next session, rather than relying on what you remember from last week. Planning and logging sit in the same app, so you can move from a suggested workout to a record of what you actually completed.
Look beyond a single workout
The analytics experience brings training patterns into view, including volume, adherence and session activity. Read these alongside your workout history to spot changes in your routine. A streak or trophy can mark a milestone, while the underlying record helps you understand the effort behind it. The animated website charts use demonstration data.
Keep logging when the signal drops
Workout logging can continue without a connection. Pending changes are held locally and synced when connectivity returns. This is useful in gyms with unreliable reception, but it does not make every feature available offline: AI conversations and services that need fresh online data still require a network connection.
