These signals support your judgment as a coach; they do not explain why a client missed training or replace a personal check-in.
Connect programming with communication
Keep workout programming and direct one-to-one conversations within the same product. A training question can be discussed alongside the client’s routine instead of being separated across spreadsheets and unrelated message threads. Is the AI coach the same as a personal trainer?
No. The AI provides conversational support and workout suggestions. Trainer tools support a human coach working with their clients; those are distinct roles.
Can I see real client results on the website?
The roster, attendance, alerts and revenue figures shown on the homepage are examples. They illustrate the interface and are not testimonials or verified outcomes.
